MOBILE PRINTING SERVICE 

April 2024 Update: This service is currently unavailable due to a pending system upgrade. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The Shire of Carnarvon Library & Art Gallery offers a Mobile Printing Service: save time by sending your printing to the library so that it is ready and waiting when you arrive. 

Note that there is a maximum 20 page and 20MB limit on all print jobs.

If your document is more than 20 pages, use Option (1) or (3); these allow you to split your document into two individual jobs, e.g. pages 1-19 and then pages 20-24. 

Fees and Charges apply.  Please note that we are currently a CASH ONLY facility.

On arrival at the library, inform the library staff at the front desk what your email address is, pay for your print job, and we will print out your document.

Option 1: Print with our website

Upload your document from anywhere, at anytime by clicking on the purple and green image below!

This option gives you the ability to print part of a document, as well as multiple copies of a document.

If you are printing out an attachment that someone has emailed to you, make sure to download or save the document to your computer/smartphone/tablet before you start!

Option 2: Print using email

Email us from any device directly to the library’s print system.

You can Forward an email containing an attachment you wish to print, or Compose a new email. With either method, make sure that you have some text in the Subject field of the email.

Option 3: Print using the app on a smartphone or tablet

  • Visit your device’s ‘store’ for apps, install and launch the PrinterOn App (it will look like the image below)
  • Click “No printer selected”.
  • Click “Search”, and type in CARNARVON
  • Find Carnarvon Public Library and Art Gallery and click A4 Black and White Single Sided or A4 Colour Single Sided
  • To print:
    • Documents: when viewing the document, click in the upper right corner and upload the document to the PrinterOn App.
    • Photos from your phone: open the app, click on “photo” and select a photo to print.
    • Select the printer and click the "print" icon.
    • Enter an email address and click on the check mark. You will receive a notice that the job started, and shortly after another message stating “Job Success”.
