Join our 10-week Women’s Fitness Program designed for all skill levels – whether you're just starting out or getting back into it.
Wednesdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm
starting from Today April 29 – Wednesday July 1
There will be a prize at the end of the term for the most consistent participant – so show up, stay committed, and get rewarded!
Registrations are essential – spots will fill fast.
