Carnarvon	Coral Bay
Location The Brown Range Waste Management Facility is approximately 7km southeast of the Carnarvon townsite and is on the Speedway Road (turnoff next to Outback Travel Centre) and is signposted. There is alternative access to the facility via North West Coastal Highway, approximately 2km south of the OTC Dish – the road is signposted. Opening Hours Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm Saturday - Closed Sunday  - 8am to 2pm Public Holidays - Closed	Opening Hours 7 Days a week - 8am to 5pm

WASTE FACILITY FEES

As part of the budget process, Council has listened to community and adopted the 2023/2024 fees and charges.

The new fee schedule includes a revised fee structure for the Brown Range Waste Facility which, in response to community requests, has removed the $40.00 Commercial Service fee and now the dumping of mattresses and couches is free for all households.

Tip Amnesty for Plantation Growers

1st December 2025 to 1st March 2026

The Shire of Carnarvon is offering eligible plantation and horticultural ratepayers two free one-day passes to dispose of green and horticultural waste at the Carnarvon Waste Facility.
