Colm leads the Shire's Infrastructure Directorate, overseeing the planning, delivery and maintenance of essential community assets and infrastructure. This includes roads, drainage, parks and gardens, buildings, waste services, fleet, and other public infrastructure that supports the daily needs of residents and visitors.
Through strategic asset management, long-term planning and the delivery of capital works, Colm ensures the Shire's infrastructure remains safe, reliable and sustainable while supporting the continued growth, connectivity and resilience of the Carnarvon community.
