The Shire of Carnarvon is inviting the community to have its say on the future of Coral Bay as work begins on the new Coral Bay Precinct Structure Plan.
The current Coral Bay Settlement Structure Plan is due to expire in 2028, creating an opportunity to develop a new framework that reflects the community's aspirations while responding to current social, environmental and economic conditions.
To support this important project, the Shire has engaged a specialist consultant team to prepare the new Precinct Structure Plan. The plan will provide a long-term vision for how Coral Bay grows and develops, including future land use, building development, public spaces and infrastructure.
Community input will play a key role in shaping the plan. Throughout the project there will be a range of opportunities for residents, businesses, visitors and stakeholders to contribute their ideas and feedback.
The Precinct Structure Plan will help ensure future development in Coral Bay is well managed, sustainable and aligned with both local community needs and broader State planning objectives.
We encourage everyone with an interest in Coral Bay's future to visit the consultation page to learn more about the project, stay informed and share their views.
Have your say: Visit the Coral Bay Precinct Structure Plan consultation page for project information, updates and engagement opportunities.
