As Chief Executive Officer, Amanda leads the Shire's strategic direction and oversees the delivery of Council's vision, services and operations. She is responsible for ensuring effective governance, organisational performance and the implementation of Council decisions.
Amanda also oversees the Shire's Major Projects, Place Activation & Economic Development (including Airport Operations), and Communication & Community Engagement portfolios. Through these areas, she drives initiatives that support sustainable growth, strengthen the local economy, enhance community wellbeing, and promote Carnarvon as a vibrant place to live, work, invest and visit.
