Carnarvon Alcohol & Other Drug Working Group
The Shire of Carnarvon administers the Carnarvon Community Alcohol & Other Drugs Action Plan 2024–2027 – a community-led blueprint for a healthier Carnarvon and a stronger, more connected community.
Developed with support from the Carnarvon Community Alcohol & Drug Service, this plan is endorsed by the Carnarvon Alcohol & Other Drug Working Group (CAOD) – a passionate collective of local service providers, agencies, and community representatives who meet bi-monthly to drive progress, share resources, and collaborate on prevention and support initiatives.
The Action Plan is grounded in local knowledge, shaped through community workshops, and guided by the belief that real change happens when we work together.
You can read the full Action Plan here.
