PUBLIC NOTICE Waste Facility Closure – Long Weekend

The Shire of Carnarvon advises the community that the Waste Facility will be closed over the upcoming long weekend, from Saturday 24 January to Monday 26 January 2026, inclusive.

During this period, the Waste Facility will be unavailable for all waste disposal services, including general waste, recycling and green waste. Residents and businesses are asked to plan accordingly and make alternative arrangements where possible.

The Waste Facility will reopen and return to normal operating hours on Tuesday 27 January 2026.
