It is advised that there will be a meeting of the Shire of Carnarvon Audit & Risk Committee on Thursday 9 March 2023 in Council Chambers, Francis Street Carnarvon commencing at 8.30am to discuss the following –

1. Audited Annual Financial Statements including Independent Audit Report

2. Compliance Audit Return 2023

3. Appointment of Independent Chair for Audit & Risk Management Committee
