At its Ordinary Council Meeting held on 28 May 2024 Council resolved by absolute majority, to borrow $500,000 for a period of up to 20 years to part fund the Northwater Housing Development project. The project includes the construction of two residential properties in the released Stage 4 Northwater area. The loan is to be facilitated by the WA Treasury Corporation.
Pursuant to Section 6.20 (2) of the Local Government Act 1995, one month’s public notice of this proposal is herby given. Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to this proposal.
