In accordance with section 5.5(2) of the Local Government Act 1995 and regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is given that a Special Council Meeting of the Shire of Carnarvon will be held as follows:

• Appointments to Internal Committees and External Working Groups
• Proposed rescheduling to the dates of the June 2026 Agenda Briefing and Ordinary Council Meeting

Please note the Agenda Briefing previously scheduled for Tuesday, 16 June 2026 at 12:30pm has been cancelled. Further advice regarding a future June 2026 Agenda Briefing and Ordinary Council Meeting schedule will be provided following the outcome of the Special Council Meeting.
