We're bursting with pride and gratitude as we announce a heartwarming project that's been months in the making. Our wonderful senior community has come together to knit a stunning Poppy Blanket in honour of the upcoming 100th Anniversary of the consecration of the Carnarvon Cenotaph.
Your dedication and craftsmanship shine through every stitch, and it's truly heartwarming to see how a community can come together for such a significant milestone.
This stunning Poppy Blanket will take pride of place at the anniversary event on the 11 November at the Cenotaph, it will be remarkable tribute to our history and those who've served and the history of the Cenotaph.
