The Shire of Carnarvon is excited to announce that it has successfully secured $15,000 for the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries. This funding will be dedicated to conducting a comprehensive sports capacity and capability assessment, aimed at evaluating and enhancing our local sport and recreation facilities.
The funding from DLGSC reflects shared commitment to community development and economic growth for our community. This assessment will assist with future development of our sporting facilities and assist in bringing people from interstate and overseas.
