The above Local Law will come into effect on 6 September 2022.

Public Places and Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2022

The purpose of the local law is to amend the Shire of Carnarvon Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2021 to clarify its application to animals in or on local government property and to correct an incorrect reference to other legislation. The effect is that the Shire of Carnarvon Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2021 is amended.

The local law may be inspected, and copies obtained from the Shire office at 3 Francis Street, Carnarvon during normal office hours or viewed on the Shire website at www.carnarvon.wa.gov.au.
