NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF PLANNING PROPOSAL

Shire of Carnarvon

The Shire of Carnarvon has received a proposal for the use and development of the land at 85 Olivia Terrace, Carnarvon for a mixed-use development that includes permanent residential, short-term accommodation, hotel, office, commercial, retail and food & beverage premises.

Details of the above proposal are available for inspection at the Shire of Carnarvon Administration Office, 3 Francis Street Carnarvon, and are also available on the Shire’s website under the Town Planning section: "Currently Advertised Development Applications"

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Local Government in writing on or before 4:00 pm 14 September 2022.
