Planned Tree Removals at Carnarvon Airport

The Shire wishes to advise that four mature trees located at Carnarvon Airport will need to be removed.
Our arborist has confirmed that unfortunately these trees have died - As a result, the four trees need to be removed as they are at risk of dropping limbs onto outdoor seating and waiting areas used by passengers.
This
work will be carried out tomorrow Thursday 1 December, and should not interfere with flights or normal airport operations.
Arrangements are being made for the planting of ten new replacement trees
Please keep clear of any work being carried out and follow any onsite work signage.
